Pinili Development Cooperative
Pinili Development Cooperative is a vibrant community-based organization that began its journey in 1993, founded by 27 dedicated members with just Php 6,000 in capitalization.

Over the years, it has opened its doors to the public, actively encouraging small and medium entrepreneurs to join the cooperative. This expansion is bolstered by a longstanding partnership with UCPB-CIIF Finance and Development Corporation, which has supported the cooperative for nearly 20 years since 2007.
The cooperative's lending facility for coconut farmers and small entrepreneurs has progressed significantly through the loans from CocoFinance. Currently, it continues to engage in lending and microfinancing, offering services such as a community pharmacy (Botika ng Kooperatiba), an agricultural trading center, an agricultural trading hub, agricultural supplies, general merchandising, catering services, and a restaurant.

Pinili Development Cooperative was able to sustain its operations for 30 years and provided employment through agricultural and lending schemes. As of now, the cooperative has an increased capitalization of Php 70 million and 1,800 members and is actively participating with the LGU of New Lucena for economic activities.
